I am having fun making some potholders for an upcoming wedding shower. The couple has chosen coffee browns for their home decor. I think this will fit the bill...
I actually did some SID quilting!
I came up with this idea based on a block-of-the-month I am participating in at Quilter's Dream. The middle square is from the monthly patterns. I cut a couple of charm squares diagonally to make the square bigger. It finishes at 8 1/2".
Here is a picture of a couple of the blocks from the BOM that I got the idea from.
I had a charm pack of 30 squares which was enough to make 6 tops. More pictures of the others to follow...
