Turning 20 turned stars

Here is my first attempt at making a quilt (finished 2009). It was originally a "Turning 20" pattern, but after I got it put together I decided I didn't like it. So, I took it apart and re-made it from a pattern from Quilt magazine.

 This is the front..

 

..and the back. 

 I had enough scraps to make just 4 more blocks, so I decided to make it reversable.

Here is a close-up of the quilting. 

This was my first attempt to free-motion quilt on a Singer Confidence Quilter. I used tan thread so the quilting would show so I could compare future attempts at FMQing.  I guess it isn't so bad for a first-timer.
